RETURNS

Every Jo Mae piece is made to be loved, and we stand by our quality. If you experience any manufacturing fault within 12 months, our no-quibble returns policy means we’ll take care of it for you, simply and quickly.

We also want you to be happy with your Jo Mae purchase and we hope that you love our products. If however you are not happy for whatever reason then we do offer a no quibble refund. Simply return your item(s) in the condition received then we will issue a full refund.

 

If you need to return a product purchased from Jo Mae then you have 14 days to do so. Please email jo@foreverbeadsonline.co.uk  before posting so that we know to expect your goods. 

 

Any accessories of free gifts must be returned along with your returned products.  We recommend returning your goods using recorded post, we cannot be responsible for any items lost in transit. 

 

 

Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.
